Samisk datautvalg inviterer herved produsenter til å komme med tilbud på følgende løsning:
Det er mulig å gi anbud på deler av tjenesten. Alternative anbud godtas.
Betalingsvilkår vil være fastpris. Anbyderen er forpliktet til å opprettholde sitt anbud i 6 måneder.
Kriteria for tildeling av kontrakt er det økonomisk mest fordelaktige anbud vurdert ut fra pris, teknisk verdi, kvalitet, service, leveringstid, estetiske og funksjonsmessige egenskaper samt teknisk bistand. Ellers gjelder det som står i kravspesifikasjonen.
Utlysingen er kunngjort i Norsk lysningsblad nr. 97-047 dato 25-02-97 og Norsk lysingsblads EØS-bilag nr. 97050 dato 28-02.97. Den er også annonsert i Finland, i Virallinen Lehti 9, 27. februar, og i Sverige, i AnbudsJournalen 7.mars. Utlysingen vil videre bli kunngjort i "Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Communities" (Supplement til EF-tidene), og i database TED.
Frist for mottak av anbud er 18. april 1997.

The Sámi Committee for Computer Standardization herewith invite producers of software packages to submit estimates for the following program:
It is possible to submit an estimate for only parts of these services. Alternative offers will be accepted.
Payterms will be fixed. Those who receive the contract will be obliged to maintain their package for 6 months.
The criteria for assigning the contract will be based upon the most advantageous offer, assessed on the basis of price, technical worth, quality, service, delivery time, esthetic and functional characteristics together with technical assistance. Otherwise refer to the tender documents.
This announcement can be found in Norsk Lysningsblad Nr.97-047 dated 25/02/97 and Norsk Lysningsblad EØS-edition Nr.97050 dated 28/02/97.
