The book is an improved, re-edited and re-formatted version of my doctoral thesis (see 'dr. art. thesis'). The remaining stock of hard copies was sadly destroyed, following the bankrupcy of my distributor. I've lost my patience with commercial publishing, frauds, and moneymongers, so now help yourselves!
Obviously, the pdf-copy comes without the cd. I have a number of discs left which escaped destruction and which are still covered by the original copyright. Contact me and I'll forward one as long as the stock lasts.
